Apartment house Glemmy
Arrival and departure:
On the day of departure we make the apartment available to you until 09.00 o’clock, on the other hand we ask for your understanding that the apartment can usually not be occupied before 16.00 o’clock.
Deposit:
In the case of a fixed reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 50% per apartment to our account. We will be happy to provide you with the exact bank details when you make a fixed reservation. The reservation is only valid after the deposit has been paid!
Cancellation conditions:
The Austrian hotel regulations apply.
Trip cancellation insurance:
Booking an apartment is a sales contract. In the event of cancellation, late arrival, early departure, … cancellation fees apply. The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply and in the event of a short-term cancellation / failure we are entitled to charge up to 90% of the total costs
Something can happen to everyone (illness, accident, etc.). We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance in this case.
Non-smoker – smoker?
We would like to ask you to smoke in the apartments only on the balcony.
Reservation
After receiving your reservation you will immediately receive our confirmation. The reservation of your stay becomes effective only after you have made the advance payment, which is listed on the confirmation. The rental price is for the entire duration of your booked stay. If you arrive later or leave earlier, in any case you have to pay the price for the booked period.
Rental period
In high season we rent only from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time is from 16:00 and departure time is 9:00. Because of the cleaning of the apartments we ask you to respect these times. Outside the high season it is sometimes possible to rent the apartments only for a few days.
Payment
The advance payment amount listed on the reservation confirmation should be transferred to our account within 7 days after receiving the confirmation. If we have not received this amount after 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. The payment of the balance of the rental costs should be made at least 8 weeks before the beginning of your stay. For late reservations within 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period, the entire rental amount must be paid in full within 3 days of receiving confirmation.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your already confirmed reservation, we ask you to
to inform us of this in writing. The following fees are due:
- In case of cancellation from reservation to four months before the agreed date, 25% of the booked amount will be charged.
- In case of cancellation within four months to 8 weeks before the agreed date, 50% of the booked amount will be charged.
- In case of cancellation within 8 weeks before the agreed date, 100% of the booked amount will be charged.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. You can take out a European insurance policy online, for example at www.secure-travel.de.
Deposit
We require a deposit of 200.00 euros. We ask you to transfer this amount to us with your final payment. If no defects are found after cleaning the apartment, this amount will be refunded to your account within 7 days.
Apartments
If you find any defects on or in the apartment upon your arrival, we ask you to report them immediately so that we can fix them as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we can not take responsibility for any complaints or defects later. If something breaks during your stay, we ask you to report it as soon as possible so that we can repair the damage. We have exclusively non-smoking apartments. However, there is an ashtray, but it is only for outdoor use. Parking: Free parking is available in front of the house. Per apartment 1 car.
Cleaning
The final cleaning will be done by us. You should leave the apartment broom-clean (see folder in the apartment). If the apartment is not left accordingly, we will have to charge additional cleaning costs.
Bed linen
The rental price includes per person per stay , 1 set of bed linen and towels (1 large and 1 small towel). When you need extra towels, you can get an extra set of towels for an extra payment of € 4,00 (please reserve before arrival). A set of kitchen towels are also available. At departure we ask you to collect the laundry in the bathroom.
Crib / chair
If you need a crib or a high chair, please reserve them in time with us.crib with bedding 10.00 euros a day.
Pets
Unfortunately, bringing pets is not allowed.
Maximum number of persons
The tenant may not sublet the apartment or let more people stay overnight than agreed.
Liability
We are not responsible, without regard to cause, for any damage or injury sustained while on our property (unless gross neglect can be proven against the landlord). The tenant is responsible for himself as well as for all registered persons and visitors for the observance of all obligations arising from the reservation and the stay.
